 Hello and welcome to St. Croix Body Zone.

We know there is a better way to be fit and most importantly to enjoy the process.  That's why we started St. Croix Body Zone.  At St. Croix Body Zone we offer a wide variety of Cardio Equipment, Free Weights, Circuit Equipment and Tanning.  But we're different in that we staff Certified Fitness Trainers during the day to offer some advice, to make sure you are safe in your use of our equipment and feel comfortable in our gym.

Our gym is for everyone - no matter your current level of fitness.  Our wide variety of equipment ensures we can meet your needs.   We are open 24 hrs a day, so no matter what your schedule allows, we can provide you with a great environment to work out.

We decided to start our business here in the community we love - we're longtime local residents Tom and Jill Anderson and Branden and Beth McDonald.   There's no better place as far as we're concerned to start up our first (and only) gym. 

We are conveniently located between Target and Culvers in the New Carmichael Center.  Lots of parking and our great location means we're great for before work or after work sessions.
