About the Owners,

Branden and Beth McDonald have been Hudson residents for almost 30 years.  Both having graduated from Hudson High School in 1994 and with the exception of a brief stint in Blaine, MN both have lived in Hudson their entire lives.  With deep ties to Hudson, there wasn't any question about the location for this Fitness Center.  Having moved next door to the Anderson's in 2005 presented the right opportunity.  Branden works with his Dad, Steve McDonald at American Family Insurance in Hudson.  Branden and Beth had previously owned a coffee house in New Richmond and since selling the business, Beth has been at home with their two Children Cade and Will. 

Tom and Jill Anderson met in High School and became High School sweethearts.  Married 19 years they recently became empty nesters when their only child Drew went off to College last year at the University of St. Thomas.  Tom works at Imation in Oakdale and Jill has been a Certified Personal Trainer for years.  With the right space and in what they consider to be the right city, this Fitness Center has been a longtime dream for Tom and Jill.  Both have been avidly working out for many years in the area, but knew based on their experience that a better Fitness Center is possible.  Both love being active and between the new Fitness Center, Family and their dogs Summer and Shelby there hasn't been a minute to slow down, which is just the way they like it.
